Benefits paid for by NAIC include health care insurance, a vision plan, a $25,000 life insurance policy, annual and sick leave benefits, and 11 paid holidays. Positions Available:
- Consumer Advocacy Rep (FT) for busy outpatient non-profit. Requires a high level of professionalism in dealing iwth the gneral public in a busy front office. Excellent time-management skills/organization, intermediate level of computer proficiency and strong teamwork orientation required. Job duites include answering a multi-line phone, scheduling, consumer paperwork and general clerical duties. Must demonstrate ability work well under pressure and maintain strong ethical boundaries. Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years working a related field required. Case management certified preferred. Bilingual a plus. Good benefits. - Accounting Representative (FT) for busy outpatient non-profit. Requires a high degree of professionalism in dealing with the general public and professional staff and excellent computer skills with education and experience in finance. Proficiency reuqired in the use of an integrated accounting application such as Quick Books & intermediate or higher skills in Microsoft Office applications to include Excel and Word. A bachelor's degree or the education equivalent and recent relevant experience required. 4 years of full-time employment in a directly related field may substitute for a formal post secondary education.
